
Exchanges
If your harness does not fit your dog and you need another size, we will gladly exchange your harness for another size. We will allow exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date to you. Naturally, we expect that you will return the harness to us in the original condition we sent it to you. Please indicate your order number or provide a copy of the sales receipt included in your original order. Also, let us know what size you need or the measurements of your dog. We can send the correct size from your measurements - if you are not quite sure. We suggest sending the harness back to us via USPS (US Mail), insured - or UPS if you prefer. We will mail the new size back to you 5 business days after we receive your return.
We suggest that you give us a call (toll free -- (866) 305-6145) before you return the harness for an exchange. There are a few fitting adjustment suggestions that may correct the fit on the size you have.
Returns
Returns for products that you have received will be allowed within 30 days for any reason (in sellable condition only) by contacting us on our toll free number, or sending a fax or email notifying us of your request to do so and by receiving our "Return Authorization Number" to place on the returned goods package. If the return is for defects in material or workmanship you can send back the product to us within 30 days from your receiving the goods. Please contact us, as above, for the Return Authorization Number and proper credit or replacement procedure. Note that our products are not warranted for chewing damage, normal wear and tear or abuse.
Please note: The method of refund will be determined by the method of payment.
Cancellation of Your Order
If you find that you must cancel your order with us you may do so anytime before the product ships by calling our toll free number, or sending a fax or email notifying us of your request to do so. We will respond back to confirm your request and cancel the order or to let you know if the product has shipped.
